2 Recommendation
2.1 That approval is granted for the continued use of BT to
provide
support and maintenance for the Councils Legacy Data and
Voice networks for a two (2) year period from 1st April 2017
to
31st March 2019 at a total cost of £91,400.
2.2 That any necessary exemptions be made to the
Council’s
Procurement & Contract Procedure Rules to enable the
course
of actions referred to in 2.1 above to proceed.
