2.1 That support and hosting services are
purchased on an annual
basis directly from Jadu Limited for a period of up to 4
years
from 10th March 2017 until 9th March 2021. This will total
approximately £37,800.
2.2 That any necessary exemptions be made to the
Council’s
Procurement & Contract Procedure Rules to enable the
course
of action referred to in 2.1 above to proceed.
