2 Recommendation
2.1 That the Council continue to use Collins Electrical Wholesale
Limited until 30th April 2017 for the supply of Domestic Electrical
Components on the existing terms and conditions at the current
rates that were originally tendered.
2.2 That any necessary exemptions be made to the Council’s
Procurement & Contract Procedure Rules to enable the course
of action referred to in 2.1 above to proceed.
