2.0 Recommendation
2.1 That Midland Heart Housing Association is given approval (by
a
formal letter or e-mail) to dispose of the 188 Beeches Road
West Bromwich West Midlands B70 6HG on the open market.
2.2 That proceeds from the disposal of 188 Beeches Road West
Bromwich West Midlands be used for the provision of new
affordable housing.
