2 Recommendation
2.1 That approval is given to enter into a contract with Sandwell
and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust for the provision of
clinical waste collection and disposal services from domestic
premises in Sandwell for a maximum period from the 1st April
2017 to the 30th September 2018 to the approximate value of
£87,000.
2.2 That any necessary exemptions be made to the Council’s
Procurement & Contract Procedure Rules to enable the course
of action referred to in 2.1 above to proceed.
