2. Recommendation
2.1 That the proposed Borough Council of Sandwell (Residents
Parking and Waiting Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order) 2016,
be made to include the waiting restrictions as detailed in 1.3
above and as shown drawing set 39,221 S/4.
2.2 That the proposed Borough Council of Sandwell (Residents
Parking and Waiting Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order) 2016
is advertised for the statutory consultation.
2.3 That the Director of Regeneration & Economy submits a
further report to the Cabinet Member for Highways and Environment
on unresolved
mailers.
