That the proposed amendments to the Borough
Council of Sandwell
(Sandwell Borough, Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic
Regulation
Order No.4) 2014 under an Experimental Order are advertised for
the
statutory consultation.
That the Director of Legal and Governance Services be authorised to
seal
the relevant Order(s).
That the Area Director of Street Scene submit a further report to
the
Cabinet Member for Highways and Environment on unresolved matters
at
the end of the experimental period.
