include the waiting restrictions shown drawing set 38,854
S/4.
That the proposed additions to the Borough Council of
Sandwell
(Sandwell Borough, Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic
Regulation
Order No.4) 2013 are advertised for the statutory
consultation.
That the Director of Legal and Governance Services be authorised to
seal the relevant Order(s).
That the Area Director of Street Scene submit a further report to
the
Cabinet Member for Highways and Environment on unresolved
matters.
