2.1 That the Council continue to procure
Personal Protective
Equipment, Safety Footwear & Uniforms from Future
Garments
Ltd, the current contractor for a five-month period from Vt
August 2019 until 31st December 2019. The anticipated
expenditure during this period is anticipated to be
£38000.
2.2 That any necessary exemptions be made under the
Council’s
Procurement & Contract Procedure Rules to enable the
course
of action referred to in 2.1 above to proceed.
