That the Interim Director of Adult Social Care
be authorised to execute the delegation, which was approved in the
original Cabinet report dated 18 April 2018, to enact the second
contract extension in relation to ITT078 Safe Place to Stay and
Assess Accommodation- Based Housing Related Support Service for
period 2 November 2021 to 1 November 2022
