Exclusion of the Public and Press

That the public and press be excluded from the rest of the meeting. This is to avoid the possible disclosure of exempt information under Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act, 1972, as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006, relating to the financial and business affairs of any person, including the authority holding that information.

Regrade of Service Manager

To consider proposals to regrade a Service Manager. 

Minutes:

Consideration was given to proposals to regrade a Service Manager role within Law and Governance to take account of additional statutory responsibilities being added to the role in January 2019, following the departure of an employee. 

 

The Committee requested that the matter be deferred to enable further information to be considered in relation to the role.
