That Cabinet:

(1) Note the financial monitoring position as at 30 September 2023 (Quarter 2) and refers the report to the Budget and Corporate Scrutiny Management Board for consideration and comment.

(2) Approve the following budget virements above £1m in line with the revised delegated limits for Cabinet Members and Directors: -
