2. Recommendation
2.1 That the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of Sandwell
(Carter’s Green, West Bromwich) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions)
Order 2019 be made as detailed in 1.3 and shown on drawing 40064 Sf3.
2.2 That the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of Sandwell
(Carter’s Green, West Bromwich) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions)
Order 2019 are advertised for the statutory consultation.
2.3 That the Director — Regeneration and Growth submits a report to the
Cabinet Member for Highways and Environment on unresolved matters.
2.4 That the Director — Monitoring Officer be authorised to seal the Borough Council of Sandwell (Carter’s Green, West Bromwich) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) Order 2019.
