2. Recommendation
2.1 That, the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of
Sandwell (Chapman Way, West Bromwich) (Residents Parking and
Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2018 be made as detailed in 1.3 and
shown drawing 39725 S/3.
2.2 That, the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of
Sandwell (Chapman Way, West Bromwich) (Residents Parking and
Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2018 area advertised for the
statutory consultation.
2.3 That, the Executive Director Neighbourhoods submits a report to
the Cabinet Member for Highways on unresolved matters.
2.4 That, the Director - Governance be authorised to seal the
Borough Council of Sandwell (Chapman Way, West Bromwich) (Residents
Parking and Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2018.
