Decision:
That amendments to the Traffic Regulation Order in 1.1 above be made
to include the waiting restrictions shown drawing 38720 S/4.
That the proposed changes to the Borough Council of Sandwell (Sandwell
Borough, Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order
No.1) 2012 are advertised for the statutory consultation.
That the Director of Legal and Governance Services be authorised to seal
the relevant Order(s).
That the Area Director of Street Scene submit a further report to the
Cabinet Member for Neighbourhood Services on unresolved matters.
