1. That the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of Sandwell
(Waiting and Loading Restrictions, West Bromwich) (Traffic Regulation
Order No.18) be made as detailed in 1.2 and shown on drawing set No.
40,310 S/4.

2. That the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of Sandwell
(Waiting Restrictions, West Bromwich, Great Barr and Walsall) (Traffic
Regulation Order No.18) are advertised for the statutory consultation.

3. That the Director – Regeneration and Growth submits a report to the
Cabinet Member for Sustainable Transport on unresolved matters.

4. That the Director – Monitoring Officer be authorised to seal the Borough Council of Sandwell (Waiting Restrictions, West Bromwich, Great Barr and Walsall) (Traffic Regulation Order No.18).
