2. That the proposed restrictions in the Borough Council of Sandwell (Waiting and Loading Restrictions, Smethwick) (Traffic Regulation Order No. 17) 2020 are advertised for the statutory consultation.

3. That the Director - Regeneration and Growth submits a report to the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Transport on unresolved matters.

4. That the Director of Law and Governance and Monitoring Officer be authorised to seal the Borough Council of Sandwell (Waiting and Loading Restrictions, Smethwick) (Traffic Regulation Order No. 17) 2020.
