Recommendation
2.1 That, the proposed amendments to the Borough Council of
Sandwell (Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading
Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.8) 2015 under an
Experimental Order are advertised for the statutory
consultation.
2.2 That, the Director - Governance be authorised to affix the
Common Seal of the Borough Council of Sandwell to the Experimental
Order to enable it to be operative for a period of 18 months.
2.3 That, the Director of Regeneration and Economy submit a further
report to the Cabinet Member for Highways and Environment on
unresolved matters at the end of the experimental period.
2.4 That, the event of no objections being received in respect of
the experimental order the Director of Governance be authorised to
make a permanent order and affix the Common Seal of the Borough
Council of Sandwell giving permanent effect to it.
