That the Director – Prevention and Protection award a contract to the
successful bidder for the 4 Advocacy services set out in the cabinet
report dated 9 September 2020.

The preferred provider is POwHER and the contract to be awarded will
be for the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2023, with the option to
extend for a year apart from the Generic Advocacy Service will be
reviewed in the first year of the contract and the duration will be 1 April
2021 to 31 March 2022, with two options to extend for a further year.
