That the Interim Director of Adult Social Care be authorised to
execute the delegation, which was approved in the original
Cabinet report dated 20 February 2019, to approve the utilisation
of the first contract extension in relation to ITT076 the provision
of Supported Lodgings to accommodate Single Homeless people
aged 16-25 years old for period 1 August 2021 to 1 July 2022
Which stated … “that the Director – Law and Governance and
Monitoring Officer enter into contracts for supported lodgings
with successful tenderers for a period of two years with the
option to extend these contracts further for two periods of one
year on terms to be agreed by the Executive Director – Adult
Social Care, Health and Wellbeing;”
